Ashiatsu Bar Therapy

This modality uses the therapist feet for a deeper muscle release. There are bars attached to the ceiling which aides the therapist in balance. No need for pointy elbow pressure when a heel can provide a more even pressure on the targeted area, allowing for a deeper release.

Cupping Therapy 

Cupping Therapy uses negative pressure to pull stagnant toxins to the surface to be processed out by the Lymphatic System. When cups are left stationary on the body they can leave cup marks on the skin and could last from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. When cups are moved across the skin it becomes a form of Myofascial Release breaking up any adhesions between the fascia and the muscles allowing for the muscle spindles to relax easier.
